This shape has been specially designed to maximise your enjoyment of all wines’ aromas, flavours and textures in the most practical way possible.
Pairing wine expertise and refined design, the Jancis Robinson collection is the result of a truly collaborative cross-disciplinary partnership between the celebrated product designer Richard Brendon and world-renowned wine expert Jancis Robinson MW.
As well as being functionally perfect, the Jancis Robinson collection has been meticulously designed to look and feel refined, elegant and timeless. Perfect for everyday use, the carefully designed shape of the ultra-fine tulip-shaped bowl of the stemmed Wine Glass allows the wine to breathe and captures its array of aromas, enhancing the experience of every sip. These mouth blown glasses are ultra fine and beautiful to hold and robust enough for a dishwasher; I don't recommend that for sparkling wine, because residue from detergents will effect the bubbles. The RRP is £90 a pair, I decided to make less margin and make them more accessible.

Jancis Robinson MW: Described by Decanter magazine as ‘the most respected wine critic and journalist in the world’, Jancis writes daily for JancisRobinson.com (voted first ever Wine Website of the Year) and weekly for The Financial Times. She is also editor of The Oxford Companion to Wine, an award-winning TV presenter and global wine judge. In 1984 she was the first person outside of the wine trade to pass the rigorous Master of Wine exams and in 2003 she was awarded an OBE.

Nick Says "I use these glasses daily at home, mostly for still red and white wines. For champagne I only use them if it is young or not oak aged . For champagne with age or with barrel contact I find the glass exaggerates aged aromatics and I recommend one of the Lehmann range, personally my favourite are the mouth blown Lehmann Grand Champagne Jamesse glass."
