Bollinger 007 Limited Edition Millesime 2011

Still in 2025 I am amazed by the demand for these magnificently designed boxes with their bottle, they have become super scarce and are still selling well. These boxes were originally released in October 2019 to coincide with the release of No Time to Die, unfortunately the film release was delayed several times before it premiered on 28th September 2021.

To mark the occasion, the House crafted a special limited edition wine dedicated to 007, featuring the 2011 vintage inspired by the world of Bond. The striking 75cl jet-black Bollinger 007 Limited Edition Millésimé 2011 bottle is adorned with the number “25”, formed from the titles of the previous Bond films—these titles are also etched onto the glass panel of the bespoke wooden case.

The design of the box was engineered to replicate the iconic scene from GoldenEye, in which 007 opens a concealed compartment in his Aston Martin DB5 to reveal a bottle of Bollinger.

The model even features the champagne cooler that Bond pops open at the end of scene

The 2011 vintage, an atypical year, inspired Cellar Master to produce a unique champagne, created entirely from Pinot Noir from the Grand Cru village of Aÿ, where the House was first established in 1829. This is the first time that both the vintage and village have been used exclusively by Bollinger to make a dedicated wine. The excellent 2011 harvest in Aÿ, produced complex, powerful and harmonious Pinot Noirs, fully expressed in this characterful wine.
