Champagne to Celebrate an 18th Birthday – Vintage 2008
Turning 18 is a truly special occasion. And one’s first (legal, let’s be honest) drink of alcohol should also be truly special: like a glass of vintage 2008 champagne. The 2008 vintage is fast emerging as one of the best since the renowned and now-legendary 2002.
Piper-Heidsieck 2008
Having one several prestigious awards. The blend is selected from upwards of 18 different Premier and Grand Crus. Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims give the structure and the Chardonnay from la Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims expresses the elegance and charm of the vintage.
Charles Heidseick Rose Millesime 2008
After the hype around its Vintage Brut 2008, Charles has revealed the latest version of its Rosé Vintage 2008, in a new bottle known as “Crayère”. This champagne presents an excellent ageing potential, aged on the lees in Charles Heidsieck’s Gallo Roman Crayères (chalk cellars) for more than ten years.
Palmer & Co Blanc de Blancs All vintage 2008 Magnum
Palmer Blanc de Blancs is created from Chardonnay grapes sources mainly from the magnificent terroirs of Villers-Marmery and Trépail. The fruits from these two terriors are blended with Chardonnay from Côte de Sézanne. Rare Brut Millesime 2008
Taming the natural forces was no easy task and when assemblage was complete and the final blend bottled, the team were so proud of the final product, they called it Rare.
Bollinger R.D. 2008
2008 is the first R.D. to have been aged in the “1846” Bollinger bottle. This unique shape offers beneficial properties for the quality of the wine. The idea in using the curved shape of the bottle is to get that perfect balance of a “small magnum” with a narrower neck and a wider base, to very slightly slow down the oxygen exchange and therefore give a better quality wine with longer ageing potential.

Champagne to Celebrate a 21st Birthday – Vintage 2005
Another momentous birthday. The 2005 vintage was a warm weather year without complications. An early heatwave in June encouraged flowering, followed by moderate rainfall throughout summer and another heatwave in early September. The heat and rain developed berries rich in sugar and with high acidity levels, rendering 2005 an ideal year to blend a vintage.
Charles Heidseick Rose 2005

Taittinger Comtes de Champagne 2005
“Rich, ripe white fruit nose coming with a seductive charred, toasty nose. Plenty of pristinely clean fruit. Caressing, smooth silky palate with baking spices and yellow apples. Fresh, zesty palate of fine intensity. Long lingering and appealing.” Essi Avellan 94-95/100

Celebrate a 30th Birthday – Vintage 1996
This remarkable harvest year was marked by alternating warm and cool spells. Strong winds from the north were responsible for dehydration of the berries, which led to extraordinary concentration, and cool September nights kept the acidity high. A year like no other, 1996 in Champagne married the highest levels of sugar and acidity in living memory; the resulting wines are extraordinary in their concentration, yet perfectly poised in terms of structural definition. The year 1996 is to become a year that will go down in Champagne’s history books.
Palmer & Co Blanc de Blancs 1996
Palmer Blanc de Blancs is created from Chardonnay grapes sources mainly from the magnificent terroirs of Villers-Marmery and Trépail. The bottles, magnums, and larger formats, are stored upside down in our cellars for twenty years or more. The very long ageing process gives an intense and complex character to these great wines while at the same time ensuring that they remain remarkably fresh to the palate.
Charles Heidsieck La collection Crayeres 1996
This champagne is part of Charles Heidsieck Collection Crayeres, a second late release of vintages direct from their cellars in Reims in December 2017. The releases are very limited quantities and a perfect chance to buy and enjoy champagne with age in its very best condition.
Louis Roederer Late Release Rose 1996
A rosé created by a long, gentle infusion of Pinot noir that extracts its juicy ripeness while preserving its tremendous saline freshness. In this process, some Chardonnay juices are added to the Pinot noir maceration, to ferment together and achieve the perfect integration of the two grape varieties.
Charles Heidsieck Blanc des Millenaires Blanc de Blancs 1996

An absolute masterpiece from the Côte des Blancs, this cuvée spends more than fifteen years maturing in the heart of Charles Heidsieck’s two-thousand-year-old chalk cellars. The 1996 vintage marks the ninth release of this remarkable cuvée. With 2014 also released in 2024, it is the first time that the Maison unveils two Blanc des Millénaires in a single year.

Celebrate a 50th Birthday – Vintage 1976
1976 Champagnes are defying time. The style is unashamedly ripe, big and even fatty with plush fruitiness. By no means ‘classic’ in style but nevertheless great and a forefather to the warm vintages we are experiencing now.
Palmer & Co Collection Vintage 1976
Champagnes from this vintage are rich, vinous and soft with heaps of character without overbearing strength. Stored upside down in our cellars for twenty years or more. The very long ageing process gives an intense and complex character to these great wines while at the same time ensuring that they remain remarkably fresh to the palate.
Lanson Vintage Collection 1976 Magnum
A small number of bottles that date back to 1976 are proposed to a restricted circle of connoisseurs each year.
Bollinger R.D. 1976 Magnum
An acronym for Recently Disgorged, Bollinger R.D. is the result of Madame Bollinger’s great vision: an expert wine with aromas enhanced by its exceptionally long maturation in the Bollinger family cellars – more than three times longer than required.
Celebrate a 60th Birthday – Vintage 1966
Taylors Very Old Single Harvest Tawny Port 1966
This 1966 is the third consecutive Limited Edition release of Taylor’s as a 50th year anniversary of the wine. A broad amber colour with olive-green highlights. On the nose a complex variety of orange and marmalade, combined with a discreet vanilla oakiness and warm nutty notes of walnut and marzipan. The palate is very smooth and honeyed, leading to an apricot and fig finish: this is a big and lush port where the flavours linger deliciously. An absolutely amazing mouthful of port.
