This week signals the long awaited Billecart-Salmon Cuvée Elisabeth Salmon Rosé 2008 named as a tribute to Elisabeth Salmon from the hugely popular and highly rated 2008 vintage.
Fleur de Miraval is a new Champagne house, co-founded by Brad Pitt and Angeline Jolie, dedicated entirely to the production of rosé champagne. We tasted it at the launch event in London last month.

Piper Heidsieck recently released their first ever rosé vintage of the esteemed prestige cuvée Rare. We tasted it with head winemaker Régis Camus alongside Essentiel NV – also just launched in the UK – and some old vintages of Rare.
