“Disgorged April 2022. All Pinot Noir. Released October 2022. Massively more difficult to make than Chardonnay apparently because it’s sensitive to oxidation and the wine is potentially heavy. 2015 was the first one winemaker Henry Laithwaite was proud of. Broad and a little astringent. Big and beefy. Bit of a bruiser.”
