• 3 Hour Delivery in London: We are based in Islington the delivery price is based on distance from us. Although not a guarantee, most deliveries are made within three hours. On occasions heavy traffic and or a distance of 5+ miles from us mean the delivery could take 2-5 hours.
• Same-Day Outside London: These go on a bike direct from us to your destination and the price is based on distance from us in Islington.
• Same-Day Delivery on Weekends: Weekend delivery prices are a premium over weekdays because pushbikes & motorbikes are not available at weekends.
• Preferred delivery times: Select in the checkout.
• Recipient not in: We ask immediate neighbours & if this fails the courier returns the goods back to our office. We will contact the sender regarding re-delivery and a new courier charge would apply. In order to deliver within three hours each delivery goes with its own courier.
• Larger Orders: Orders upto 3 bottles go on pushbike or motorbike, orders of 3+ bottles go in a car or van and these prices are higher than a bike.

• Next Day - From £9.90 - Orders placed Friday are delivered Monday
• Dates in the future can be selected based on next day rates
• Next Day by Noon - From £16.50
• Saturday by 12.30 - from £55.00
• Free Standard UK Delivery to one delivery address for orders over £250 or 6+ bottles.

Delivery options and charges are shown on the checkout page. Prices vary dependent on quantity of bottles. Overnight orders are delivered between 08:00 and 18:00.

Our London "next day orders" are delivered by Packfleet. A zero-emission courier using all electric vans that plants a tree for every parcel - great tracking and control options for your deliveries. When they collect your order from us, you'll receive a text or email telling you when they're going to deliver and letting you change the delivery and add instructions. The next morning, you'll receive an exact 1 hour time window for when they'll arrive and can track the delivery to your house. You can also track your order by going to packfleet.com/tracking at any time.

We can ship to EU & other Worldwide Countries. Delivery prices calculate in the checkout when you add delivery country & postcode. Champagnes or wines shipped outside of the UK are VAT exempt, shipping prices include both shipping price and your Country import taxes & duties, DDP, Delivered Duty Paid. The checkout will indicate shipping days once destination address is completed.
