If you have a particular passion for Bollinger or are just an all-round foodie and champagne lover, then this is the event for you. We will be tasting Bollinger's latest La Grande Année Blanc and Rosé releases and their prestige cuvée, Bollinger R.D. from the best two vintages of the last 25 years - 2002 and 1996 - from magnum.
Talented Executive Chef of the 28°-50° restaurant group, Ross Sandonato and Master Sommelier, Clement Robert have designed a bespoke three-course menu complementing the champagnes to be tasted. Between each course, expert host Karl Reuter will guide you through the champagnes, giving you the opportunity to discuss their styles and ask any questions.

The dinner and tasting will be presented by Karl Reuter, export director at Bollinger. A bilingual French-German, Karl is a global wine expert - after graduating with a specialisation in viticulture and a diploma in oenology, he spent time in America conducting technical winemaking experiments. He is now part of the famous Champagne house's tasting team, working alongside Giles Descotes, Chef de Cave at Bollinger.
The venue will be 28°-50° Wine Workshop and Kitchen. In the heart of fashionable Mayfair, 28°-50° continues its tradition of providing a high-quality but relaxed dining experience, with their first ever Champagne bar installed in this latest addition to the family. The tasting will be located in the prestigious private dining room on the lower ground floor.
Tickets are available on a first come first served basis to 14 guests at £150.00 per person.
