Live Tasting: Recent Champagne Releases - 30/09/2020

Our next tasting is live online on Instagram, Nick will will broadcast live from London and link with Essi Avellan MW in Helsinki. We have again engaged the services of Essi to share with us her expertise and opinion on these new releases.
Over the last few months we have seen some exciting new entrants with brand new champagnes from both Bollinger and Billecart-Salmon both Blanc de Noirs. A few weeks ago we saw the release of Dom Perignon 2010, a lesser regarded vintage, but the champagne isn't! We also have an exclusive preview of the much anticipated Taittinger Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs 2008 which is officially launching in the UK on Thursday 1st October. To round this all off we have the new vintage from the grower Nicolas Maillart and his single vineyard Pinot Noir Jolivettes 2016, a fantastic release and his strongest to date.
